Why we are here
RONNI was set up to embrace, nurture and develop vocal, musical and creative talent. Ronni Bailey, the founder and driving force behind RONNI has a lifetime of knowledge and experience working in the world of music with singers, bands, songwriting, studio recording, performing arts and artistic creativity. RONNI nurtures creative talent and provides expert services to support this.

WILKES FULL TIME PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY
Ronni has been providing services to the full time academy since 2013. Including teaching vocal techniques in groups and one to ones, singing performance coaching and musical direction. Ronni continues to provide specialist services as a visiting consultant.
VOCAL PROCESS
As a Vocal Process accredited teacher Ronni has worked with internationally renowned vocal experts and authors Gillyanne Kayes and Jeremy Fisher, who are vocal coaches on ITVs The Voice 2017, on their popular vocal training events for singers, singing teachers, speech and language therapists and vocal enthusiasts from around the UK and the world. Events that Ronni has been involved in include; Meet The Teachers in Birmingham 2016 and Inside The Singing Voice in Wales 2017. Ronni also presented alongside Gillyanne and Jeremy in October 2017 - This Is A Voice Workshop in Swindon. RONNI has also helped with the co-ordination and promotion of their 3 day course Inside The Singing Voice for Swindon in March 2019. There are more plans in the pipeline to bring more of these events to Swindon ongoing.
SWINDON MUSIC SERVICE
Working with Swindon Music Services, Ronni provided expertise voice coaching for their Rock School June 2017 as a specialist guest teacher. Followed in October 2017 by presenting as a part of an exciting specialist 'This is a Voice' workshop day for over 100 of Swindon’s young aspiring singers. And again in March 2018 presenting with team VP at another interactive workshop day which including how the voice works, demonstrating simple exercises to quickly improve breath control, pitching, tone and confidence and working with attending singing teachers from in and around the local area and containing a masterclass choral coaching session where new learned skills get put into practice with top UK voice coaches.
WILKES ACADEMY OF PERFORMINGS ARTS UNDER 16S
Since 2009 to date. Ronni leads weekly singing classes and provides vocal arrangements and musical direction for their annual shows for the under 16s in Swindon. Ronni has also taught as a guest visiting teacher in their Milton Keynes and Stoke Academy.
GATECRASH THEATRE
Ronni works with Gatecrash Theatre as a consultant providing vocal expertise, music & performers for various events including workshops & productions. Recent engagements include Ronni as Super Choir Musical Director for Wroughton Passion Play 2016, Specialist Musical Theatre Singing Workshops at Swindon New College 2016 and Creative Musical Director for Victoria Cross Commemoration Event 2017.
SWINDON COLLEGE
Working with Swindon College Ronni helped set up and lead the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts - Musical Theatre for Singing, Variety Performance and Performing Arts Business from 2013 to 2017. During this time Ronni was awarded with 'outstanding teaching' from Swindon College.
Swindon College describe Ronni's teaching as 'demonstrating an excellent range of creative approaches to maximise learning underpinned with modelling high professional and inclusive standards.' They also describe her teaching as highly effective and clearly focused.
